Returns Policy

Because research peptides are temperature-sensitive biological compounds, we cannot accept returns of products that have left our cold-chain. The integrity of any vial returned to us cannot be guaranteed, so they cannot be resold.

When a Return Is Possible

Returns are accepted only when an order is shipped in error, arrives damaged, or is incorrect. In those cases please follow our Refund Policy and contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Do not ship anything back without prior written approval. Our team will provide return instructions, a reference number, and a return address once your case is verified.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by NovaPept Research Bio when the return is due to our error. For all other approved cases the customer is responsible for return shipping.
