Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).

How to Request

Contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email with your order reference and clear photos of any damaged items or incorrect products received.

Resolution

Once verified, we will offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored after delivery are non-refundable. Orders refused at customs without prior notice are also non-refundable.
